We specialize in trading cards and collectibles, including sports cards, trading card game (TCG) products, sealed boxes, and related items.
2. Are your products authentic?
Yes. All products sold by Ironwood Cards are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted distributors and suppliers.
3. Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship only within the United States.
4. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
6. Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Opened packs, single cards, pre-orders, and clearance items are not returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
7. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
8. How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase and ship after the official release date. Release dates are estimates and subject to change. Pre-orders are generally non-refundable.
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
