Pre-Sale Information

At Ironwood Cards, we offer pre-sale (pre-order) products to give customers early access to upcoming trading cards and collectibles.

What Is a Pre-Sale?

A pre-sale allows you to reserve an item before its official release date. All pre-sale products are clearly labeled on the product page.

Pre-sale items are charged at the time of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
By placing a pre-sale order, you authorize Ironwood Cards to collect payment in advance of shipment.

Release dates provided are estimated and subject to change due to manufacturer or distributor delays.
Ironwood Cards is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

Pre-sale orders will ship after the official release date, once inventory is received.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-sale items may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

Pre-sale orders are generally non-refundable once placed.
If a pre-sale product is canceled or cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.

Quantity limits may apply to ensure fair access.
In rare cases of limited allocation, pre-sale orders may be partially fulfilled or canceled. Customers will be notified and refunded for unfulfilled items.
